Step 1 — get your connections file from LinkedIn
LinkedIn lets you download everyone you’re connected with as a spreadsheet:
- Open linkedin.com → Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Get a copy of your data
- Choose “Want something in particular?” and tick Connections only
- Click Request archive — LinkedIn emails you a download link (usually within ~10 minutes)
- Download the zip and pull out Connections.csv
The file contains name, company, position, profile URL, and connection date. LinkedIn only includes emails for connections who allowed it — Velora Reach can enrich the rest.

Approval rules
Every outgoing message requires your explicit approval before it sends. This rule is part of the platform’s governance and cannot be switched off.
Business profile — drives your whole desk
Tell Velora what you sell and to whom. Lead scoring, message drafts, templates, and follow-up pacing all adapt to it — a consultant and a furniture seller get different desks.
